The musician who according to his lawyers fulfilled his bail conditions on Monday was released Tuesday and would attend court proceedings on Wednesday from his home in Ikeja.

Chief Magistrate Olatunbosun in a ruling, last Thursday had given the police additional four days to conclude all investigations on the afro beat singer following his trial over allegations of assault on a police officer before adjourning proceedings to Tuesday, 23rd may.
