The Abia State Governor, Alex Oti, has ordered the immediate freezing of all accounts of the State government and its agencies logded in all financial institutions
Take graphics…In a press release signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ferdinand Ekeoma, Otti maintained that all financial institutions should disregard any cheque, documents, or directives not issued by him.
According to the release the Governor also directed the immediate dissolution of all boards of the Abia state government, agencies and parastatals .
On appointments, Governor Otti has approved the appointment of Kenneth Kalu as the secretary to the state Government, while Caleb Ajagba, will be the chief of staff to the Governor.
