The Katsina State Governor Dikko Radda, has described the appointments of Femi Gbajabiamila and Senator George Akume as Chief of Staff, CoS, and Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF, as appropriate and well deserved.
In a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Ibrahim Muhammed, the governor described their appointments as a round peg in a round hole, given their wealth of experience and service to the country over the years.
Radda, while congratulating Gbajabiamila, said they believe that he will bring to bear, his deep legislative knowledge, and robust administrative experience, in ensuring the smooth running of the Office of the President, and support the government to provide the required leadership for the development and progress of our country.
In a similar message to Senator George Akume, Governor Radda expressed confidence that the new SGF would deliver, considering his wealth of experience at both the state and federal levels.
The governor further noted that their appointments are a huge accomplishment, and one to be proud of, as their hard work and dogged determination to get things done right, are hallmarks of their characters, over the years.
