Ifeanyi Ubah was a renowned politician, Tinubu mourns Anambra senator

President Bola Tinubu has described the Senator representing Anambra South Senatorial District at the National Assembly, Ifeanyi Ubah, as a renowned businessman and politician.

Ubah, 52, who was the CEO of Capital Oil, died in a hotel in London, the United Kingdom, on Saturday.

The late lawmaker was a member of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC). 

In a statement issued by his spokesperson, Ajuri Ngelale, on Saturday, Tinubu extended his condolences to the family and friends of the late Senator.

The President also commiserated with the National Assembly and the government and people of Anambra State over Ubah’s death.

President Bola Tinubu extends his condolences to the family of the late Senator Ifeanyi Ubah.

The deceased was a renowned businessman and politician. He was the Senator representing Anambra South Senatorial District at the National Assembly.

President Tinubu commiserates with the friends and colleagues of the late Senator, the National Assembly, and the government and people of Anambra State over this sad loss.

The President prays for the repose of the soul of the departed lawmaker, as well as for strength and comfort to his family.
