The police operatives in the Abuja, FCT have dispersed hundreds of demonstrators protesting against bad governance, hardship and hunger with teargas.
On Thursday, several Nigerians trooped out to protest against economic policies of the APC led administration.
The protest which started on 1 August will last for 10 days.
Meanwhile, the federal government has appealed to the youths to shelve the demonstration, adding that the policies are necessary for Nigeria’s prosperity.
