Super Eagles caretaker coach, Augustine Eguavoen has warned his players not to underrate the Cheetahs of Benin Republic in Saturday’s Africa cup of nation’s qualifiers.
Speaking ahead of the encounter, Eguavoen said despite Nigeria’s recent poor outings, his players have what it takes to make things happen and he is optimistic that the Eagles will win.
The Eagles have been in poor form in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers after failing to win any of their four matches so far.
This weekend’s encounter against Benin Republic will kick-off at 5pm Nigerian time at the Godswill Akpobio International stadium in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
