A yet to be identified woman was killed on Monday in a truck accident that occurred at the Abule Egba area of Lagos.
The accident occurred as a result of brake failure on the part of the truck which immediately killed the woman according to the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA).
LASTMA said the driver of the truck with registration number – KANO MDB 531 XA- has been arrested and handed over to the Oko-Oba Police Division for further investigations.
The body of the victim was also evacuated and handed over to the police, LASTMA said.
