A Divisional Police Officer simply identified as SP Laree, who was recently kidnaped in the Pankshin Local Government Area of Plateau State, has regained his freedom.
Laree, was abducted at a hotel last week Thursday in Pankshin Council area, a day after he had resumed posting as the new DPO in the area.
It was not clear as at the time of this report if there was any payment of ransom for his release. The Plateau State Police Command is yet to react officially to the development.
