President Muhammadu Buhari has asked the Nigerian senate to confirm the Nomination of Abike Dabiri-Erewa as the Chairman/Chief Executive of Nigerians in Diaspora Commission for a second term
The president ‘s request is contained in a letter read on the floor of the chamber by the president of the senate Ahmed Lawan
According to the letter the nomination is in accordance with provision of section 2 sub section 2 of NIDCOM Establishment Act 2017
The president further appealed to the lawmakers to expeditiously consider the request for effective service delivery in the agency
