Cesare Casadei put the Italians ahead with a strike just inside the box in the 14th-minutes, before Seung-Won Lee’s penalty nine minutes later leveled matters.
Simone Pafundi then sealed victory with a late free-kick as Italy set up a final with Uruguay on Sunday.
