The Supreme Court will on Monday October 23 hear the appeals by Peter Obi of the Labour Party and the appeal by the Allied Peoples Movement APM
Both appeals were dismissed by the Presidential Election Petitions Court which upheld the victory of APC’s Bola Tinubu on September 6, 2023
Hearing notices have been sent to the counsel for the respective parties
Obi had filed 51 grounds where her argued that the Justice Haruna Tsammani led PEPC erred when it dismissed his petition and struck out the testimonies of its key witnesses
