The nominees for the 96th Academy Awards known as the Oscars have been announced ahead of its Sunday March 10th 2024 ceremony.
American actor Jack Quaid and German-American actress Zazie Beetz Tuesday January 23rd made the announcement live from the Academy’s Samuel Goldwyn Movie Theater Beverly Hills California United States.
In the “Documentary Feature Film” category the movie “Bobi Wine: The People’s President” centred on Ugandan opposition leader and musician Bobi Wine was nominated.
The 96th Oscars which will be held at the Dolby Theatre Ovation Hollywood Los Angeles California is to be hosted by Jimmy Kimmel for the second consecutive year and his fourth time emceeing the show.
The Oscars is presented annually by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
