Ramaphosa discusses bilateral relations with President Tinubu in Johannesburg

Following his inauguration for another term in office on Wednesday, South African President, Cyril Ramaphosa on Thursday met with Nigerian leader, Bola Tinubu in Johannesburg, South Africa.

The meeting was held behindd closed doors but before the closed door session which centred on strengthening bilateral cooperations between the two giants, President Ramaphosa expressed gratitude to his Nigerian counterpart for attending his inauguration on Wednesday.

Tinubu, in turn, praised the re-elected South African leader over his speech at the event which he noted, addressed shared vision to addressing challenges facing the Aftican continent.

Mr Ramaphosa was re-elected in a keenly contested election on June 14.
