#EndBadGovernance: Over 200 looters arrested as Jigawa lift curfew

The Jigawa State Government has lifted the 24-hour curfew imposed following the #EndBadGovernance protest that turned violent.

The Jigawa State Commissioner for Information Sagir Musa who disclosed this at the Government House in Dutse on Saturday.

Musa said the decision comes after realising that the state is now relatively peaceful.

Meanwhile, the police have arrested over 200 suspected looters and recovered stolen items.

Several Nigerian youths are out on the streets seeking an end to bad governance. The youths want the apex government to cut the cost of governance, return fuel subsidy and halt other unfriendly economy policies.
