President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has expressed his condolences to the Yar’Adua family over the passing of Hajiya Dada, the mother of the late former President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua and General Shehu Musa Yar’Adua.
In a statement on Monday, President Tinubu describe Hajiya Dada as a matriarch who embodied the values of compassion, faith, honesty, and good fellowship. He praised her legacy and the impact she had on the lives of many.
The President also extended his condolences to Senator Abdulaziz Musa Yar’Adua, the people of Katsina State, and all those who were touched by Hajiya Dada’s life.
Tinubu prayed for the repose of Hajiya Dada’s soul and affirmed that she will always be remembered for the support, peace, joy, and comfort she brought to many.
Hajiya Dada passed away on Monday at a venerable age.
