Bliss, known for his soul-stirring melodies, took to his Instagram account on May 13, 2024, to share a glimpse of his momentous performance for the British royals and other esteemed guests at the Delborough Hotel, Lagos.

In a heartfelt caption accompanying the video clip, Bliss expressed his profound appreciation for the privilege bestowed upon him. “It was an honor to sing for Prince Harry, Meghan, and all who were in attendance,” he wrote, describing the experience as a celebration of love. His rendition, he noted, encapsulated the essence of love as a divine gift, a manifestation of purpose and answered prayers, bestowed by the ultimate source of love, God.

The visit of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to Nigeria is part of their engagement with the Invictus Games, an initiative founded by the prince to champion the rehabilitation and support of wounded and sick servicemen and veterans. Their itinerary included a visit to the Lights Academy in Abuja, a school supported by their philanthropic organization, the Archewell Foundation. Here, they interacted with students, receiving a warm welcome that left an indelible impression. Prince Harry, known for his genuine compassion, also made a poignant stop at the Nigerian Army Reference Hospital in Kaduna, offering words of encouragement to wounded soldiers.
