Super Eagles play mildfielder Wilfred Ndidi says Nigeria must beat South Africa to get their 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying campaign back on track.
He says going by the current situation, Super Eagles must improve their performance to win the encounter.
The Super Eagles are yet to record a win in Group C after earning just two points from their opening two games.
The Finidi George team will host Bafana Bafana in a matchday three encounter at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo on Friday.
Anything short of victory in the game could mar the team’s chances of making it to the mundial.
Finidi has also warned his players that they must give their all to beat the visitors.
The encounter will lick off at 8.00 pm Nigerian time
