The announcement of this approval came through a statement issued by the Head of Service in Kebbi State, Alhaji Safiyanu Garba-Bena, on Wednesday in Birnin Kebbi. According to Garba-Bena, the 91 retirees were meticulously verified out of a total of 96 potential beneficiaries.
