President Bola Tinubu on Tuesday officially resumed in office.
He arrived at the office for the first time as Nigeria’s President in company of his wife, Oluremi Tinubu to the waiting hands of Vice President, Kashim Shettima, who resumed office much earlier in the day.
Other officials on hand to welcome the president to office were the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele among others.
Tinubu immediately webt into a closed door meeting with the Group CEO of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, Mele Kyari and the Governor of the Central Bank Godwin Emiefele.
Tinubu was sworn in as Nigeria’s 16th president at the Eagles Square in Abuja on Monday, May 29, 2023.
